To your rest and renewal, as the snows of Winter call.

Feel the great Winds stroke your forehead and dance round your feet

Taste the Sunlight upon your breathe, all sugary and sweet.

Let the Moons luminescent glow shine upon your face

Reach out to touch the Heavens above, with its sparkling veil of lace.




May nourishment and contentment be found in natures treasures

Let your limbs sway and dance, a good life, full of simple pleasures.
